a satisfying stay in the city

tube station comfortable bed excellent soundproofing

the location presented proximity to st paul's tube station and the thameslink station. the beds proved comfortable. i noted soundproofing was well done.

the breakfast selection disappointed. i had prepaid but ended up going to pret for something better. they do not offer hot options for those with prepaid breakfast.

underwhelming stay , some issues present

lack of storage bathroom design

The room lacked storage space. there were no drawers or a proper wardrobe , , made it difficult to unpack and keep things organized. the bathroom design was also frustrating . Water from the shower leaked onto the floor. i ended up using all the towels to mop up the water , which was quite inconvenient.

Really nice hotel experience

Robert did help us a lot, including with train journeys. The hotel features nice decoration and has everything you need. The restaurant had delicious food. The hotel is very close to rail lines too.

There is not a single drawer in the room, also not wardrobe. There is a stub on the side wall where robes hang. Most of my stuff went on the floor.

My six-night stay had convenient access to transportation. Train and bus stations nearby allowed for quick trips. Staff welcomed me with a complimentary room upgrade, a lovely surprise. They also delivered my laundry and provided helpful guidance on local services..

I did notice a minor design flaw in the bathroom. The shower's design allowed water to escape under the door. This caused the bathroom floor to get wet after each shower..

The staff was helpful. Bianca and Robert at reception made my weekend special. The cocktails served at the bar were excellent. I appreciated the cleanliness and high specification of the room. The soft bed and plentiful pillows ensured a restful sleep.

The absence of convenient makeup lighting in the room was a minor inconvenience, though.

the location is great near many stations. the restaurant was also very good my server was amazing.

my room was freezing cold. the staff tried to fix it but it only worked for a short time before it got cold again.
